HI Statement series 20 piece self-sharpening knife block. The self-sharpening modules within the block maintain the sharpness of all straight edge (non-serrated) kitchen knives every time you remove a knife from and return it to the block. Please note, steak knives included are serrated and do not have a self-sharpening module. This means your knives are always sharp and you don’t have to spend extra time honing and sharpening. Self-sharpening block keeps straight edge kitchen knives sharp. Made from a single piece of 18/10 German stainless steel which is precision-stamped. This blade construction provides durability. Also the traditional triple-rivet handle with stainless steel endcap offers balance to all knives. Knives are dish washer safe but handwashing is highly recommended.
